Got it painted...no thanks to my airbrush which was acting up the whole time. Think I need a new needle/nozzle... :|. Still gotta weather it, paint the wheels, etc.

Got the mini Panther primed, may try basecoating tonight if I get bored. Patched a few more holes in the 1/35 panther, it's probably got a few days more before being ready for paint.

Bad WIP shot of the ever recurring Thing. Still doing some construction work on the legs, but the torso is mid-paint.

Got a bunch of modelling done this weekend. I started a Tamiya 1/35 Panther...the hobby lobby cheapie originally released in 1969. Got most of the pre-painting assembly finished, just a little sanding and it should be ready to go. I've also been working on and off on a Hasegawa 1/72 Panther. On it, I decided to try my hand at zimmerit for the first time, probably a mistake because of the tiny size O_O.

Site revamp (well...sorta)
Thursday, July 20, 2006, 11:26 PM - News
I was bored today and decided to change the layout a bit, now i've got the blog hosted on the main site instead of blogspirit. Also I'm in the process of moving my builds gallery. The rest of the site (kits, turtorials, etc) haven't changed.

Mr. Freeze got shelved...started working on converting one of Toybiz's rotocast Thing figures from the Fantastic Four movie into a statue/static figure. Its slow going trying to replicate the stone work. You can check out my progress on this thread over at the clubhouse.
